| Dear Patron of the Arts, The Alamo City Performing Arts Association, a non-profit organization with IRS 501 (c) (3) status, is holding its 2009-2010 membership drive and we are asking you to consider supporting the Alamo City Dance Company. Your generous contribution will directly support the Alamo City Dance Company's 2009-2010 season and in turn provides you the opportunity to purchase tickets to each production before they are made available to the general public. Additionally, the ACPAA's non-profit status means your membership is entirely tax-deductible. Since 1992, the Alamo City Performing Arts Association has been helping support the Alamo City Dance Company. In recent years productions like Lepidoptera, Giselle Act II, Pas de Quatre, Les Sylphides and other productions have been added to the repertoire because of generous donations. In 2006-2007, contributions to ACPAA supported the productions of Dracula, The Nutcracker and A Midsummer Night's Dream, enhanced the San Antonio arts community, provided educational opportunities for the community's future artists and afforded the dancers of the Alamo City Dance Company the ability to perform with major international guest artists. In 2008-2009 the Alamo City Dance Company once again produced another sensational Nutcracker followed by a well received An Evening Of Classics To Contemporary. The last performance showed off the companies terrific diversity not just in ballet but also modern, jazz, tap and for the more contemporary hip hop. Please help support our productions and dancers of the Alamo City Dance Company by filling out the ACPAA Friends membership form and either turning it in to an ACPAA Board Member or mailing it to; Alamo City Performing Arts Association, Inc. 12915 Jones Maltsberger Rd. Suite 200 San Antonio, TX 78247 Thank you for your consideration and continued support for the Alamo City Dance Company! Your donation and or membership is tax-deductible. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at future performances. Sincerely, Scott M. Conway Artistic Director Alamo City Dance Company |
