| Dear Patron of the Arts, The Alamo City Performing Arts Association, a non-profit organization with IRS 501 (c)(3) status, is holding its 2011-2012 membership drive and we are asking you to consider supporting the Alamo City Dance Company. Your generous contribution will directly support the Alamo City Dance Company's 2011-2012 season and in turn provides you the opportunity to purchase tickets to each production before they are made available to the general public. Additionally, the ACPAA's non-profit status means your membership is entirely tax-deductible. Since 1992, the Alamo City Performing Arts Association has been helping support the Alamo City Dance Company. In recent years productions such as The Nutcracker, Lepidoptera, Giselle Act II, Pas de Quatre', Les Sylphides, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Dracula have been added to the repertoire because of generous donations. The 2010 - 2011 season of the Alamo City Dance Company included another sensational performance of The Nutcracker and An Evening of Classics 2 Contemporary featuring Lepidoptera and new contemporary works by Susan Trevino, Pamela Heard, Roxanna Pena. These productions have enhanced the San Antonio arts community, provided educational opportunities for the community's future artists and afforded the dancers of the Alamo City Dance Company the ability to perform with major international guest artists. Another way to support the Alamo City Dance Company is by advertising in the annual Spotlight which is provided to patrons attending the season's productions and company performances at community events. Please help support our productions and the dancers of the Alamo City Dance Company by filling out the ACPAA Membership form and/or the Spotlight Advertising form and turning them in to an ACPAA Board Member or mailing to: Alamo City Performing Arts Association, Inc. 12915 Jones Maltsberger Rd., Suite 200 San Antonio, TX 78247 Thank you for your consideration and continued support of the Alamo City Dance Company! Your donations and / or membership is tax-deductible. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at future performances. Sincerely, Scott M.
