Nancy Grossenbacher is a native of East
Texas. Ms Grossenbacher attended both Texas
A&M and Sam Houston State Universities
where she studied commercial writing and
directing for radio and television receiving a
BAT in journalism and art.
School Director Scott Conway (Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Highland) began his dance training in
Scottish Highland Dance eventually becoming a champion. He received most of his
training at the California Ballet School, later becoming a company member of the
California Ballet Company dancing in many classics. He also trained at United States
International University where he received a BFA in musical theatre and directing. Mr.
Conway was trained by Madame Margarite Elicott, Maxine Mahon, Charles Bennett,
John Hart OBE, Ann Howard, Erling Sunde, Elizabeth Sutorius, Roland Dupree, Joe
Tremaine, George Koller and Steve Condos. He has performed with Edward Villella and
Patric McBide and has also performed with Carol Lawrence, Kay Ballard, Dawn Wells
and the New York City Rockettes. After choreographing shows at Walt Disney World,
Mr Conway moved to San Antonio to open Sea World of Texas and later open Fiesta
Texas as part of the original creative staff winning most popular theme park show in
America as the original choreographer for Rockin' At Rockville High. Mr. Conway
has judged for almost every national dance competition in the United States. He has
been school director for the San Antonio Performing Arts for eighteen years.
